WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our estimated delivery time within the UAE typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM may be eligible for same-day delivery in Dubai and by the next business day to other Emirates. For all other orders, or orders placed in Dubai areas outside same-day delivery coverage, will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at DW@byedit.com. They will guide you through the return process and schedule a free pick up. You also contact us via WhatsApp on +97145119955.
Once we receive the returned item, it usually takes 7 – 14 business days to process the return, inspect the item(s) and initiate the refund.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will issue a refund for the returned item once it has been received and inspected. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase, and this usually takes up to 14 days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking link will be sent to your email by our delivery partner where you can track the journey of your order.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Free delivery for purchases above aed 500 and aed 25 delivery fee for purchases under aed 500.
