WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Our estimated delivery time within the UAE typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location. Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered the same day in Dubai, and by the next business day to other Emirates. For orders placed after 3:00 PM, delivery can be expected within 1 to 3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Free delivery for purchases above aed 500 and aed 25 delivery fee for purchases under aed 500.
ARE THE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF TAXES?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes within the united arab emirates.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM?
Our fulfilment team will apply thorough quality control measures and will inspect the condition of each item prior to shipping it. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer care team immediately at DW@byedit or call us on 800edit (8003348). Our team will guide you through the process.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at DW@byedit.com. They will guide you through the return process and schedule a free pick up. You also contact us via WhatsApp on +97145119955.
Once we receive the returned item, it usually takes 7 – 14 business days to process the return, inspect the item(s) and initiate the refund.
WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?
We will issue a refund for the returned item once it has been received and inspected. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, a tracking link will be sent to your email by our delivery partner where you can track the journey of your order.
DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTIES FOR THE WATCHES AND ACCESSORIES?
Yes, all our watches and accessories come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period may vary depending on the product. Please refer to the product description for more information. The warranty card will be shipped with the product and will have the details.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We aim to process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer care team as soon as possible. Once your order has been handed over to the delivery courier, orders cannot be cancelled. However, you can follow the return policy.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT ONE?
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return the item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
