RETURN POLICY
(A) Returns
1. Item(s) purchased may be returned within 14 days from the date of transaction, under the below conditions. Contact our customer service team to arrange a free pick up on 800EDIT (8003348) or email us at DW@byedit.com
Exchanges are not applicable.
• Item(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged and must be returned in its/their original condition along with boxes and warranty cards.
• Earrings are non-refundable and, therefore, not applicable for returns.
(B) Refunds
A refund will be done in the same payment method once it has been approved, excluding the delivery charges. If the payment was done using Tabby, your refund will be processed in accordance with Tabby's terms and conditions.
(C) Care/Use Instructions
The customer must comply with all the care/use instructions outlined in the manual where provided.
